Dear friends,
Hope all of you and your family members are doing well and are safe during this COVID-19.
Our Institute is continuously striving to maintain the standards and live up to the expectations even during these testing times. The Institute has done reasonably well on all fronts in the last academic year 2020-21. The academic year has been successfully completed with the support of all the stakeholders. Online teaching through various platforms is a new experience to all of us. I express special thanks to all the students parents and staffs who cooperate with this online learning mode.
From the current semester onwards we are providing the online activities through the “Moodle” Learning Management System (LMS). I congratulate the LMS team for developing and maintaining the necessary LMS infrastructure so that the academic activities could be conducted smoothly in the online mode without interruption. I congratulate all the teaching faculty for the remarkable transformation from “chalk and talk” to the online mode. I am sure that this experience will facilitate in enhancing our outreach programs, and blended mode will become a part of our teaching-learning process.
It is heartening to note that our Institute has done well in the campus placements.
Accreditation is an important measure in assessing the quality of education being offered. The Institute is in the process of applying for NBA accreditation of all the eligible programs in a phased manner. I express sincere gratitude to the NBA coordination Committee and team for the process of preparing the SARs and has given us an opportunity in knowing the strengths and weaknesses in our system and thereby evolve corrective measures.
Let us all resolve to work hard and take the Institute to greater heights.
