- To impart high quality professional training with an emphasis in basic principles of computer engineering.
- Inculcate professional and ethical values among students.
- Imbibe social awareness and responsibility in students to serve the society and protect environment.
- Provide opportunities to promote organizational and leadership skills in students.
The Department of Computer Engineering was established in 1985, with the objective of imparting quality education in the field of Computer Science . With rapidly evolving technology and the continuous need for innovation, the Department has always produced quality professionals.Faculty and staffs in this department educate students to think conceptually to adapt themselves to this dynamic field.
The students are not only trained in attaining academic excellence but are also encouraged to acquire industry exposure through industrial visits, in-plant training and projects .The learning atmosphere being more practical oriented makes the transition from an educational institution to an industry, effortless.

1. Three Days Institution Level Faculty Development Programme – 5th July to 7th July 2021
2. Students Development Programme -Orientation Class – 5th Aug 2021 to 7th Aug 2021
3. Three Days Offline IOT Training (Arduino) – 02nd March 2022 to 04th March 2022
4. Five Days Java-Netbeans Training for Computer Eng S4 batch – 07th March 2022 to 11th March 2022
6. One day OBE training session for lecturers in software lab of CT department on 13-07-2022
